Conor Daly will team up with Indianapolis Colts star and fellow Hoosier Pat McAfee’s company ShirtsForAmerica.com for the 100th Running of the Indianapolis 500.
Daly will switch from his usual Jonathan Byrd’s Hospitality Group colors to red, white and blue to support the foundation.
ShirtsForAmerica was established by McAfee four years ago and donates proceeds from t-shirts sold to military foundations to help veterans that struggle with issues off the battlefield. The organization has generated more than $150,000 over the last four years.
“Pat is a tremendous American and to have this opportunity to work together is fantastic,” said Daly. “I’m proud to represent ShirtsForAmerica.com on track as we raise money to help American Veterans. As a passionate American Hoosier myself, I can’t wait to pilot our red white and blue #18 machine in the 100th Running of the Indianapolis 500. We are going to give it everything we’ve got this month and I can’t thank Pat enough for wanting to come onboard to make this happen.”
