By Luis Torres, Staff Writer Both Williams Racing and Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team made the news waves Wednesday morning following their announcements that George Russell will fill-in for Lewis Hamilton (COVID-19) at this weekend’s Sakhir Grand Prix. With Russell taking over Formula One’s most coveted ride, it gave Williams reserved driver Jack Aitken an opportunity to make his grand prix debut this weekend as well. Those decisions were mutually agreed upon, something Team Principal and CEO of Mercedes Toto Wolff took time of thanking Williams because it wouldn’t have beenRead More

One thing is certain, Lewis Hamilton continued ruling F1 with now six titles to his already illustrious name. However, guys like Valtteri Bottas, Charles Leclerc and Max Verstappen had brilliant drives which leaves me hopeful that it can lead to an even better 2020 campaign which willRead More

By Adam Tate, Associate Editor Antonio Giovonazzi’s unofficial lap record at the Hungaroring lasted exactly one day, as Mercedes junior George Russell edged ahead with a stout 1:15.575 on the hypersoft tires as the final in-season test of 2018 came to an end. Russell just beat out Kimi Raikkonen in the Ferrari to set the fastest time of the day by less than a tenth of a second. The two traded fast times for much of the afternoon session until Raikkonen failed to match Russell’s pace on the softest compound. JakeRead More
