By Seth Eggert, NASCAR Writer The NASCAR Xfinity Series will have another new face in 2018. Vinnie Miller will compete full-time in the No. 01 Chevrolet Camaro SS for JD Motorsports with Gary Keller. Miller joins Christopher Bell, Kaz Grala, and Spencer Boyd as Sunoco Rookie of the Year contenders in the 2018 NASCAR Xfinity Series. To date, Miller has just two starts in NASCAR’s National Series.
