By FIA The second day of pre-season testing for the ABB FIA Formula E Championship sees BMW i Andretti Motorsport on top once again with Antonio Felix da Costa setting the pace following his team-mate Alexander Sims’ table-topping time from yesterday. Times were considerably faster than on the opening day, with da Costa setting a 1:16.977s tour in the morning.
