The Chase for the Championship in NASCAR’s premiere division saw a turning point in the Freeway Insurance 500 at Phoenix Raceway.

It witnessed Kyle Larson’s Chase dominance take a backseat as he struggled all of last Sunday. Worsen by a flat tire ending his afternoon and finished 32nd. Meanwhile, Denny Hamlin barely capitalized on an opportunity after a flat tire forced him to pit only to be trapped a lap down for the rest of the 312-lap event.

In the end, it saw a familiar face back in victory lane this season in Tyler Reddick. However, it had been six months since his last win after starting the year on a hot streak. The victory put him back into the title conversation with just three rounds remaining.

Safe to say, there were plenty of moments that saw comers and goers in Arizona, including the weather which saw morning rain but the day got nicer for most of the race.

Here’s the latest installment of “Race in Pictures” featuring visuals of last Sunday’s Cup race.
