By Luis Torres, Staff Writer NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series driver Austin Wayne Self was reinstated by the sanctioning body Tuesday after completing NASCAR’s Road to Recovery Program, and will compete in Friday’s JEGS 200 at Dover International Speedway. The driver of the No. 22 Chevrolet Silverado was suspended indefinitely by NASCAR April 1 after violating the substances abuse policy. By Seth Eggert, NASCAR Correspondent  NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series regular Austin Wayne Self has been suspended indefinitely for violating NASCAR’s substance abuse policy. NASCAR announced on Monday via the penalty report that Self violated Section 12.1 (actions detrimental to stock-car racing) and Section 19 (NASCAR’s substance abuse policy) of the 2019 NASCAR Rule Book. By Luis Torres, Staff Writer GMS Racing’s 2019 season announcements continued Monday as they’ve announced their technical alliance with multiple teams in the NASCAR Gander Outdoor Truck Series, as well as one ARCA Racing Series team. Both the race team and fabrication will expand their alliances with the truck teams of Jordan Anderson Racing, Niece Motorsports and AM Racing, and ARCA’s KBR Development.
