LaJoie will make his team debut in the 60th running of the Daytona 500 on February 18 with Schluter Systems as his primary sponsor. Less than one week after losing team owner Mark Smith, Yeley drove TriStar Motorsports’ No. 14 Toyota Camry to a sixth-place finish. Yeley hovered around 20th for the bulk of the US Cellular 250 presented by American Ethanol, only cracking the Top 10 late in the going. Smith previously worked in F1 for Caterham, Force India, Red Bull, Jordan and Renault. He joined Sauber to lead the technical department in July of 2015.
