Both the NTT IndyCar Series and NASCAR Cup Series held its latest race at Phoenix Raceway this past weekend with one common theme. Team Penske taking the checkered flag in Arizona.

A late-race charge to get by Christian Rasmussen led to Josef Newgarden being victorious in Saturday’s Good Ranchers 250 while Ryan Blaney overcoming a pit stop miscue to win Sunday’s Straight Talk Wireless 500.

A rare occurrence of having two of the sport’s biggest disciplines in the United States coming together and put on a show they know best. Thus, I wanted to share both galleries of the weekend dubbed, “The Desert Double.” Here’s the latest installment of “Race In Pictures.”
