DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – After appealing NASCAR’s indefinite suspension after a protective order was put against him, Kurt Busch’s appeal has failed following a hearing with a three-member board at NASCAR headquarters. As it stands, Busch is not permitted to race in the Daytona 500.
