FORT WORTH, Texas — Due to inclement weather, the Firestone 600 has been postponed and will be run at 1 p.m. CT tomorrow afternoon.

Multiple thunderstorms drenched the 1.5 mile oval throughout the afternoon before stopping around 5 pm local time. Track officials worked feverishly to get the track try but multiple spots around the track proved difficult to dry due to the high humidity.

Any purchased ticket will be honored at the gate and the ticket office will be open to sell tickets for those who have not purchased one yet.

The race will be broadcast on NBCSN. Carlos Munoz will lead the field to the green flag with Scott Dixon alongside.
