KVSH Racing’s team transporter damaged in fire

The team transporter for KVSH Racing, which was carrying the #11 Hydroxycut Chevrolet of Sebastien Bourdais, caught fire while en route to Phoenix International Raceway this morning.

The fire occurred around 25 miles northeast of Phoenix International Raceway. The team is currently assessing the damage while driver Sebastien Bourdais tweeted that the car did not suffer any damage and the crew aboard the transporter was not injured.

Marshall Pruett of RACER reported that KVSH Racing team manager Steve Moore is on the scene and assessing the damage.
