Perrin joins Manor F1

Visionary French designer Nicolas Perrin has joined Manor F1 in a big move that is set to bolster F1’s likable Lazarus. Perrin has previously worked for Williams as recently as 2010 and before that had stints with Reynard and French stalwarts; Pescarolo and Courage. More recently he has garnered a lot of attention by setting up his own company which he has crowd funded to create open source designs for both LMP1 and F1 cars as well as work in the public transportation and energy sectors.

Perrin joins Manor as head of trackside engineering and will have an immediate effect on the team. It is a clear sign of the intent and ambitions of Stephen Fitzpatrick and his plan to bring Manor/Marussia back from the brink.
