By Seth Eggert, NASCAR Correspondent After two full seasons in the ARCA Racing Series, Gus Dean will move up the racing ladder to the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series in 2019 to run full-time for Young’s Motorsports. The Bluffton, S.C. native will pilot the No. 12 LG Air Technologies Chevrolet Silverado, joining teammate Spencer Boyd at the three-truck organization. Fogleman joins Riley Herbst and Zane Smith as they make their Series debut in the Villa Lighting Delivers the Eaton 200 on Saturday night.
