By Seth Eggert, NASCAR Correspondent Young’s Motorsports tabbed Landon Huffman to sub for Spencer Boyd at Eldora Speedway after a non-racing related injury. Boyd revealed on Twitter that he has suffered from back pain in over the course of the past week. He admitted that he went against doctor’s advice and competed in the Gander RV 150 at Pocono Raceway.
