The Dirt Modified and Sprint Car standout made his NASCAR Camping World Truck Series debut at Eldora Speedway earlier this year. In the second heat race, Friesen started second and finished third. Friesen started the main event in 12th. After a multi-truck crash late in the race, Friesen ended up 28th.
