IndyCar has announced a further update on the condition of driver Justin Wilson following a crash on lap 180 of the ABC Supply 500 at Pocono Raceway.
Wilson is in a coma and suffered a severe head injury. He is currently undergoing evaluation at the Leigh Valley Health Network in Allentown, Pennsylvania and is listed in critical condition.
