25 races into the NASCAR Xfinity Series season, only four of the NASCAR Xfinity Series regulars (Jeremy Clements, Justin Allgaier, Ryan Reed, and William Byron three times) have scored victories during the 2017 season.
This weekend the NASCAR Xfinity Series travels to Chicagoland Speedway for the Chicagoland 300, the 26th race of the season. Sadler has clinched the Regular Season Championship despite not scoring a win. He leads with 95-points over his JR Motorsports teammate, Byron.
The last time the Xfinity Series visited Chicagoland, Erik Jones took the victory. He held off Kyle Larson after a late race restart. Sadler, Daniel Suarez, and Allgaier rounded out the top five that day.
Allgaier, Jones, and Sadler are the only former winners at Chicagoland in Saturday’s field.
Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series drivers in Saturday’s field include Austin Dillon, Corey LaJoie, Jones, Kyle Larson, Ryan Blaney, Suarez, and Ty Dillon.
