Action Express wins in Detroit

Action Express racing ensured that Chevrolet was riding high in the motor city today as they claimed victory at Belle Isle in the Chevrolet Sports Car Classic. It is the fourth year in succession where a Corvette bodied Daytona Prototype has won on the tricky street circuit, the Tudor Series’ Balance of Performance clearly keeping the balance of power tilted towards the DP side of the field. Dane Cameron and Eric Curran wasted no-time in posting quick laps around the 1.968 mile Long Beach GP street course. Whelen completes Corvette DP lineup for 2015

Action Express Racing has finalized the driver lineup for the No. 31 Whelen Engineering Corvette Daytona Prototype for 2015. Joining Eric Curran and Dane Cameron in the No. 31 for the four Tequila Patrón North American Endurance Cup events will be veteran Max Papis. Also joining the team for the Rolex 24 at Daytona will be 2015 Sunoco Whelen Challenge winner Phil Keen of Great Britain. Whelen teams with Action Express in 2015
