By Aaron Bearden, Contributing Writer Fresh off of a 2017 Indy Lights championship run, Kyle Kaiser and Juncos Racing are taking their partnership to the Verizon IndyCar Series (VICS). By Indianapolis Motor Speedway Bill Puterbaugh, the 1975 Indianapolis 500 Rookie of the Year, passed away Monday, Oct. 9 at his home on the west side of Indianapolis. He was 81.
