By: Reid Spencer, NASCAR Wire Service RICHMOND, Va. – In a long green-flag run fraught with spellbinding tension, Christopher Bell held off Joe Gibbs Racing teammate Noah Gragson to win Friday night’s ToyotaCare 250 at Richmond Raceway. Bell spoiled Gragson’s prospects for a victory in his NASCAR Xfinity Series debut, passing his teammate for the lead on Lap 172 of 250 and staying in front—if only just barely—the rest of the way. Bell crossed the finish line .423 seconds ahead of Gragson, after the driver of the No. 18 Toyota got

By Luis Torres, Staff Writer A home track victory for Elliott Sadler wasn’t meant to be, but he ended up scoring $100,000 for being the highest Xfinity Dash 4 Cash driver after finishing third in Friday’s ToyotaCare 250 at Richmond Raceway in Richmond, Virginia, leading 30 of 250 laps. “I just really wanted to win at this track and we were so good in the middle of the race, but I got a little bit too tight there at the end,” said Sadler. “So proud of everybody on this Team

By Seth Eggert, Staff Writer Typically, a driver is not competing for a victory in their NASCAR Xfinity Series debut. No one told Noah Gragson that however. Gragson, a regular in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, ran up front throughout the ToyotaCare 250 at Richmond Raceway. During the final green flag run of the race, Gragson’s No. 18 Switch Toyota Camry was the fastest car on the track. As the laps clicked off, he reeled in his Joe Gibbs Racing teammate Christopher Bell. Gragson searched around the track, trying

By Seth Eggert, Staff Writer In a race devoid of Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series drivers, Austin Cindric scored his first career top-10 in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. The ToyotaCare 250 was relatively quiet for the Team Penske driver. Cindric’s No. 22 Fitzgerald Glider Kits Ford Mustang was well inside the top-10 on the final restart of the 250-lap race at Richmond Raceway. With about 50 laps to go, he broke into the top-five. For the remainder of the race, Cindric bounced between the fifth and seventh positions. By the

By Seth Eggert, Staff Writer BRISTOL, Tenn. – In racing, sometimes you have to take a gamble as Brandon Jones and his team did.
